Parneet is a Canadian immigration lawyer based in Toronto, Ontario, offering expert guidance to both commercial and individual clients.

She supports commercial clients with their inbound Canadian immigration requirements by navigating various application processes under the International Mobility Program and the Temporary Foreign Worker Program. Through tailored immigration solutions, she helps organizations effectively address labor shortages, fulfill business needs, and secure permanent employment for foreign workers.

Over the course of her career, Parneet has represented individuals and organizations from a wide array of industries including, but not limited to, engineering, hospitality, finance, manufacturing and information technology.

Parneet also supports individuals with personal immigration matters including family sponsorships, economic permanent residence routes, citizenship applications and temporary residence applications for visitors, students, and workers, etc.

Active in the legal industry since 2009, she began her career in immigration as an Immigration Case Worker and later completed her Articles in Corporate Immigration. Since January 2015, she has been practicing as an Immigration Lawyer.

Throughout her legal career, she has worked at corporate immigration law firms in Toronto, Ontario, providing immigration services to Fortune 50, 100, and 500 companies, assisting them with a wide range of applications.

During her down time, Parneet enjoys watching and playing soccer, reading and spending time with her family.
